West Palm Cowboy Club

West Palm Cowboy Club brings honky-tonk to Clematis Street, a two-story restaurant and music venue at the corner of 200 Clematis, steps from the waterfront. Inside, cowhide, denim, and a ceiling of cowboy hats set the scene, with a saloon-style wraparound patio outside. The kitchen smokes brisket for 18 hours and serves pulled pork, mojo half chicken, coconut shrimp, hearth-fired pizzas, and Caviar and Cornbread. Upstairs there’s a cocktail lounge and event space, and live music and DJs fill the schedule. Thomas Wesley, the Grammy-winning producer known as Diplo, serves as musical director. Come for dinner, brunch, a night of two-stepping, or a private party.
