Eataly West Palm Beach fills the century-old Harriet Himmel Hall at CityPlace, one of downtown’s best-loved historic rooms, with an Italian marketplace under its high vaulted ceilings. The 23,000-square-foot space brings together two full-service restaurants, several quick-service counters, a specialty market of imported Italian goods, and a cooking school. It also has Eataly’s first performance stage in North America, so live music and culinary demos happen right inside the market.
