Watch the pizzaioli work in the open, turning out Neapolitan pizzas blistered in golden wood-burning ovens, while pasta is shaped nearby and served al dente. Try the bucatini cacio e pepe or the tagliatelle alla bolognese, choose a bottle from the Italian wine list, and finish with gelato.
