Moody Tongue Sushi

Moody Tongue Sushi tucks an intimate omakase counter inside the newly renovated Hilton West Palm Beach, directly across from CityPlace. It comes from Moody Tongue, the Chicago culinary brewery with Michelin stars, and pairs hyper-seasonal sushi from Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri with beers from Brewmaster Jared Rouben. The multi-course omakase moves through nigiri, gunkan, and hand rolls, from King Crab Gunkan to Torched A5 Wagyu, with an optional curated beer pairing for each course. Spirits, wines, and cocktails are on the menu too.
