Skinny Louie

Skinny Louie is a Miami smash burger favorite that opened its West Palm Beach spot near the waterfront end of Clematis Street in June 2025. The menu is short and focused: all-black-Angus smash burgers with crispy edges and Louie Sauce, plus fries and thick shakes in Cookies and Cream, Choco Brownie, and Strawberry Bliss. Louie took the top prize at the 2025 South Beach Wine & Food Festival Burger Bash, and it’s already a regular stop for downtown lunches and late-night cravings.
