Fuku brings its Korean-inspired fried chicken to CityPlace, and the line out the door says it all. The brand started as a late-night meal for chefs inside Momofuku, and it’s now a fast-casual favorite built around hand-breaded, habanero-brined chicken made fresh all day. The menu runs from the OG Sando and the Sweet and Spicy Sando to tenders, Party Fries, and Chicken Garlic Rice. This location also has two CityPlace exclusives, a Chicken Rice Bowl and the Transfusion Slushie, plus a Sesame Blondie made with local favorite Aioli.
