Fern is a farm-to-table restaurant on Fern Street, tied to Rancher’s Reserve, the owners’ own ranch in Okeechobee. The menu is built around premium steaks, fresh seafood, wood-fired cooking, and handcrafted cocktails, with akaushi wagyu beef and Berkshire pork raised on that ranch alongside produce from other Florida farms. The dining room is lively and stylish, with modern art on the walls, and the staff are happy to walk you through where everything comes from. There’s a daily happy hour, buy-one-get-one oysters on Tuesdays, and valet at the door. Reserve through OpenTable.
