Pistache French Bistro

Pistache is the classic Parisian bistro of downtown West Palm Beach, serving casual French food at the foot of Clematis Street since 2008. Inside, you’ll find plush red leather banquettes, antique mirrors, Art Nouveau touches, and a brass-trimmed mahogany bar. Outside, the covered patio looks out over the Intracoastal Waterway and Centennial Park. The menu runs from steak au poivre and beef bourguignon to Faroe Island salmon, escargots, and onion soup. It’s equally good for a power lunch, a long weekend brunch (the Palm Beach Post named it best brunch in 2018), or a quiet dinner. Complimentary valet is available, and private dining, semi-private rooms, and buyouts are offered for groups.
