Who is Harry Romero?
He’s that DJ Producer guy who pushes boundaries when it comes to his sound from record to record. It’s a sound that combines a mixture of eclectic flavors and innovates new sounds into his studio production work.
Harry “Choo Choo” Romero is by far one of the most accomplished electronic music producers to come out of NYC with a love for those latin rhythms and percussions. Being raised in a family filled with merengue and cumbia, along with the classical sounds of Beethoven, it’s no wonder “Choo Choo” Romero has such a diverse range in music that keeps him one step ahead of the crowd.
As one of NYC’s serious beat makers, Harry Romero has released some of house music’s most legendary tracks such as “Cro-Magnon”, “Erectus”, “Tania”, “Night At the Black”, “El Aqua”, and “Beats Vol 1 & 2”.
As they say in the DJ world, you are only as good as the house music labels you are on; “Choo Choo” Romero’s productions have been released on some of the biggest labels in the world such as on ToolRoom, Circus, Nervous, OVUM, Tronic, Maya Records, Suara, Stereo, and Defected.
One of the easiest ways to know the longevity of a DJ Producer is being able to stand the test of time and sound just as good and fresh as a track sounded years ago in a mix. And that is what Harry Romero has done by playing his music to house music lovers around the world.
And now Harry Romero sets foot on April 13, 2018 at Voltaire Nightclub in downtown West Palm Beach, FL.
From the tastemakers that have brought you Respectables, Camelot, and other Clematis Street Clubs over the last 30 years, Sub Culture (Rodney Mayo) brings Voltaire to 526 Clematis St., right above the new Lost Weekend bar and pool hangout.
Voltaire is a very intimate nightclub that recreates the vibe and eccentricities of 18th Century France – A decadence to celebrate expression and the freedom to let go and have a great night out on the dance floor in West Palm Beach!
